This traditional shingle style house overlooks Ohio’s meandering Maumee River, languorously stretching out parallel to that quiet waterway.  Entering at the extreme end of the house affords a view along the entire length of the interior suite of rooms, each with its own subtle character and distinctive glowing light.  The loose composition belies tight localized symmetries that express the full range of cozy domestic functions within.
